GroundUp is AI Indy's two night workshop on implementing AI, taught from the ground up.
Two nights, in a room, hands on keys. Working dinner both nights.
Build skills. Build software. Build relationships.
Night one is process and tooling. How you look at your own work and find the tasks worth handing off to AI, and how to get your environment set up and actually working.
Night two is the build. You ship a working skill before you leave, with facilitators circulating the whole time to unblock you and time at the end to demo what you made.
We start from the ground up on purpose. There is at least one thing in these tools that no one in the room knows how to use. Starting from the same base is why nobody spends two nights catching up.
These tools will change the week after the workshop. So a second thread runs through both nights: how to keep up, and how to get yourself unstuck, so your next build doesn't need us.

You want to watch. Everyone in the room is building.

FREE. Seats are limited and every application is read.
The workshop is free, and the seats are limited. We review every application, and not everyone gets in.
Night two builds directly on night one, so both nights are required. By applying, you commit to attending both sessions in full.
We hold these seats for people who will use them. If you claim a set and don't show, you may not get into future AI Indy events.
